Postman, Joseph Roulin learns of the suicide of his friend Vincent Van Gough (Robert Gulaczyk).He sends his son Armand (Douglas Booth) to Arles where Vincent had spent his last few months. Armand becomes suspicious about the circumstances of the death. This is “the world’s first fully painted feature film”. Everyone one of the many frames was rendered by hand with oil paints, following Vincent’s style, by some 125 volunteer artists from more than 20 countries, painting each image.
